Here is a little interesting tidbit I just came across that I did not expect to see. Former Hobbit and LOST Star Dominic Monaghan recently spoke with MTV at the Sundance Film Festival. Monaghan was asked about potentially showing up in the upcoming Hobbit movies and he confirmed that he has spoken with Peter Jackson about potentially returning along with his fellow hobbits!

As far as I know this is our first confirmation of Monaghan or any other of the hobbits to return.
