Hey All,
So earlier this week we had a chance to interview Eric Lange who plays Radzinsky and we had a great time chatting with him. We appreciate all the positive feedback from all of you that listened.

Also, since many of you emailed us and said that you liked the two new segments in the podcast we have decided to make them a regular part of the podcast. So once again the recap of Episode 5x10 He's Our You starts with our "Initial Thoughts in a Flash" and ends with "Vozzek's Final Thoughts" segment.

We cover all of the key points, the easter eggs and of course the shocking twist with Young Ben being shot by Sayid.

After the recap there is a little preview of Episode 5x11, but the preview portion is followed by an special Extended Season Finale Spoilers segment.

So yes with all of these segments in the podcast, this is a Super-Sized version of the podcast.

Many of you already know about Twitter, but I am sure MOST of you have no idea about it.

Twitter is one the easiest ways to keep track of all the posts I make whether they are LOST or Heroes Related, TV or Movies Related, here on my site, DarkUFO or even SpoilerTV!!

Twitter is a micro blog that allows users to post 140 character long posts, which allows bloggers like myself to post updates with linkbacks.

Everyone is using Twitter even actors, writers, producers of the various shows and movies that we are posting about.

There are various applications you can use to keep track of Twitter posts aka as Tweets. One such application is Twhirl, this allows for you to get updates on your desktop without having to goto the Twitter website.

Hey All,
So a couple of days ago Karen and I were joined by new LOST cast member Eric Lange who plays the mysterious and infamous Dharma member Radzinsky!!

We had a great chat with him about his career, how he got the role on LOST, being a fan of the show, he provided us with his thoughts and theories on what is happening and even answered several fan questions.

Thanks to all of your questions and to Eric for joining us!

For some reason when recording the interview some audio distortion occurred and you can hear a slight echo when Karen or Eric speak. When we recorded there was no echo but some how there is. With help from Thirty-Fiver and some audio editing it is not too bad and it actually depends on how you are listening. We apologize in advance if it is bad on your end, but for the most part it turned out well.

Hey All,
In this week's Lost Episode 5x10 He's Our You, some of you might of noticed an interesting poster on the wall during the cafeteria scene.

Well I initially thought it was indeed Geronimo Jackson, but could not tell until I downloaded the episode and grabbed a screencap to enhance it a bit.

The really interesting thing is, the poster has Alice in Wonderland characters in it. This of course is a very cool easter egg! What it all means I could not really tell you, but I am sure some of you have ideas.

Of course this is not the first time we have had a reference to Alice in Wonderland. So what do you all think!?

Hey All,
Here is one of those little easter eggs that sometimes goes unnoticed or not given much thought. First all there IS a reason they would show us that overview scene to reveal the word "Illusion" on the boat.

So what does it all mean!? Well do not forget that the van Ben has Locke inside of also had an anagram on the outside for "Reincarnation".

Karen and I have discussed this aspect of the show in depth in the podcasts, the fact of what we see and perceive may NOT really be happening. That is is all just a magic trick or an "Illusion"

Maybe a little red herring?? So what do you all think!?
