Hey Losties,
How are you all doing today!? Last week's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 11 (Cabin Fever) was a Locke centric episode and provided us with several WTF moments to ponder this week.

Doing a podcast after a great episode it always a little better, but sometimes there is just TOO much information to recap about so this week's recap is more of a discussion about the key points. So I wanted to personally thank all of you out there that have been patient through these first podcasts. We are doing our best to try and find a formula that works well. We do not script our podcast and just like to go with the flow a bit.

Before we started the recap of the episode we had several announcements to make. We mentioned that ABC confirmed that LOST Season 5 and 6 are getting an extra hour, we also made the very first announcement about the DarkUFO LOST Fantasy League for Season 5 and also the new DarkUFO/SpoilerTV forum going live.

As always we did have a preview of the upcoming episode with spoilers which is part 2 of the podcast so if you want to be spoiler-free stick to part 1.

ODI LOSTcast 13 Part 2 (SPOILERS) - 4x12 Preview

Hey All,
One of the key moments during this past week's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 11 Cabin Fever, was the test given to Young Locke via Richard Alpert.

Locke was tested like young Tibetans are tested to see if they are the next Dalai Lama. Part of this test was, Richard placing 6 items in front of Locke and asking him which ones belonged to him. Locke selected the compass and of course we know the knife which caused the test to end, but also the vial with what looked like sand.

Not sure if there is much significance to this item besides it being a possible easter egg reference to either the beach sand of the island OR the ash surrounding Jacob's Cabin. However, I have seen on several forums this little vial and its contents debated like who is in the coffin!?

Update: Thanks to several of you who email me and left comments (justherb99, Our Pool and others) we've now identified the person as Sir Richard Burton (1821 - 1890). Good work everyone.

Here is a screencap of Locke's high school locker with an image of Geronimo Jackson. Who is Geronimo Jackson!?

Well in Locke's previous flashback (Episode 3x03 Further Instructions) the undercover cop Eddie wears a T-Shirt with the same band.

What is the significance who knows...!? Perhaps just a little easter egg for us fans.

Here are the official ABC recap video for Season 4 of LOST Episode 11 (Cabin Fever) which was a Locke Centric WAY back flashback taking us to the time of his birth through his childhood and beyond.

The first clip is the dramatic ending with Claire appearing at Jacob's Cabin with her dad Christian, the second clip focuses on the off-island flashback with appearances by Richard Alpert and Abaddon, and the last clip focuses on the on-island events with an appearance by Horace Goodspeed the former Dharma Initiative member who seemed to be on a time loop!?

Wow another amazing episode!!

So you just watched LOST Season 4 Episode 11 (Cabin Fever) a Locke Centric flash WAYback episode. We got to see the birth of John Locke (Terry O'Quinn) and the ageless Richard Alpert, Abaddon sends Locke on the walkabout, we see Doc Ray alive and then get killed, Christian and Claire in Jacob's Cabin and Locke's mission is to "move the island"......!?

WTF....!?

This show is crazy and we are left with again information overload and questions galore!!
