Hey All,
In honor of this being the last season of LOST I decided to wear a LOST Related costume. I really wanted to go with an Orange Dharma Jumpsuit, but eventually settled on a simple lab coat with a the Swan Hatch Logo ala Dr. Candle aka Pierre Cheng!!

Are you wearing a LOST Halloween Costume!? Will you have LOST related decorations or even carve your pumpkin with a Dharma Logo!?

If you want one of these lab coats you can buy them on eBay or buy your own lab coat and buy the Dharma Patch and just sew it on the coat!!

Hey All,
Once again thanks to all of you for being so patient for the podcast this week, but with the break we were able to work all of our schedules out to have our good friend DarkUFO join us once again this week.

As always my podcast partner Karen and LOST recapper Vozzzek69 were both apart of the recap with their thoughts and theories. All four of us are big Star Wars geeks so we had a great time chatting about this episode in particular.

We cover all of the key scenes, with Hurley and Miles interaction, learning about Miles' ability, Pierre Chang being Miles dad, and much more!!

Hey All,
So how have you all been!? It has been 3 months since the LOST season 4 finale and we have only 5 months or so left in this long ass hiatus!! I know I know that is still a super long time away, but trust me it will go by quick.

As always we are trying to do our best to help the hiatus go by quicker and one way is via the podcast. This episode of the podcast focuses on the full experience of San Diego Comic Con 08.

For those that do not know, several friends, readers, listeners and fellow Losties met up with Ron and I at CC this year!! We had a great time meeting everyone and made the whole trip even MORE worth it. Of course a little chance meeting with LOST producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse at the Octagon Global Recruiting booth was not too bad a moment either... :)

Some of you have checked out the pictures and various video clips of how much fun we all had, but here is part one of our Comic Con recap episode where we talk about the good, the bad and whatever else during our trip.

Once again we had our very good friend and Queen of LOST on MySpace, Karen join us on the podcast to discuss these great moments and more!!

Hey All,
Well there has been much debate since last summer's San Diego Comic Con, when LOST producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof unveiled a new Dharma Initiative video.

I was in the crowd enjoying the LOST panel hoping for something new!! During the panel they promised us something new and cool at the end of the Q&A. I had a great seat and was able to get a good look at the new video. However, in pure LOST fashion the video was some what unclear and there was so much going on it was hard to tell what really happened.

You had Candle saying he was Halowax in a typical Dharma Initiative video, but it looked like an outtake of sorts.

Well eventually a good HQ version was released to the fans, but since CC, the video has been debated whether it was just for fun or it was connected to the LOST universe and should be considered as CANON?

Well during this week's Official ABC LOST Podcast, it was finally confirmed by the producers themselves that the video is indeed canon and that it will play a role in Season 4.

Now I know some of you consider this type of information as spoilers, so for those that feel it is too spoilery, please do NOT watch.

For those of you that do watch it, like I said the video looks like an outtake and if you look carefully there are some hidden images, including the DeGroots and a screencap of Jacob Loves You....

The biggest reveal from the video is that it hints at a potential time travel element that has been some what touched upon with Desmond's flashes, just pay attention to the bunnies...!!

I know many of you might have already watched the video, but this is our official confirmation that it is canon. So how does this play into LOST?
