Once again thanks to all of you for being so patient for the podcast this week, but with the break we were able to work all of our schedules out to have our good friend DarkUFO join us once again this week.

As always my podcast partner Karen and LOST recapper Vozzzek69 were both apart of the recap with their thoughts and theories. All four of us are big Star Wars geeks so we had a great time chatting about this episode in particular.

We cover all of the key scenes, with Hurley and Miles interaction, learning about Miles' ability, Pierre Chang being Miles dad, and much more!!

Tonight's episode 5x13 Some Like it Hoth had a few references to the numbers tonight, during the opening scene we get a look at the microwave and it has 3:16 which is a reference to Ajira Flight #316 and perhaps even to the bible (John 3:16).

We are almost there!!

Yup, with approximately 2 months left until Season 5 of LOST, ABC has released the first Official Promo Poster for Season 5!!

Notice the key cast members left off (Jin, Penny and Claire) and the ones included (Daniel, Charlotte and Miles)!!

For some of you this might be a potential minor spoiler, but unfortunately this has become a part of ABC marketing and in an online world it is not a spoiler. Those, of you who are fans of their characters I can assure you will learn the fates of these characters, but I can not say much more with our revealing even more spoilers.

Hey All,
Well I know some fans out there were not liking the Jack and Kate flash forward scenes and felt they put a damper on the episode. Well I disagree, because this was in my opinion another solid episode of LOST.

Well here are a few recap videos for this past week's episode. One focuses on the on-island events, one on the off-island events and the third clip is the end of the episode.

Hey Losties,
Here is this week's ODI LOST podcast with my good friend Ronald. If you listened to last week's podcast, then you know Ronald was out sick, but he returns this week and it was great to have him back because we had some great moments.

We discuss this past week's Episode 4x04 Eggtown, the Kate centric flash forward that was not too entertaining, but have some great moments including the end with the reveal of baby Aaron with Kate.

Hey All,
Before I start I want to thank my good friend DarkUFO for giving me an opportunity to once again represent his site and myself with this interview and also Kevin and Cabin at the Shannon Burke show for the platform to be able to talk LOST.

Now for those of you that listened to the show, know that the interview lasted two segments again and we covered a wide variety of items, beginning with a little update about S4 production and then we got right into it and talked about various things that happened in last night's episode (Episode 4x04 Eggtown). We covered the Aaron reveal, the Ben/Miles conversation and a little about Daniel and Charlotte with the cards.

We continued talking about various elements of the show including the Oceanic 6, about Ben Off-Island, the coffin in the S3 finale and then at the beginning of the second segment we talked briefly about the new LOST Video Game, which was followed by fan questions and we ended the show with some spoilers and a review of episode 5.

NOTE The spoilers are at the VERY end of Clip 2 and we warn you at the 12: 30 mark when they start. So spoiler haters feel free to listen to the rest of the interview, but just be aware of the 12:30 mark.
