The ODI

Here is an interview of Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse with G4's Attack of the Show. Apparently this aired before Episode 4x10 last week. They discuss a little about Episode 4x09 and 4x10, Smokey and again confirm that they are not planning a LOST movie.

Check it out and enjoy.

Hey Losties,
How are you all doing this week!? Well last week's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 10 titled Something Nice Back Home was a Jack centric flash forward providing us with several answers and holes that were left open since the Season 3 finale.

The episode took us to a time after Kate's trial, but before Jack's meltdown and Bearded Jack. On island, Jack was suffering from appendicitis and Claire disappears again!? Also, we can not forget the appearances of Jack and Claire's dad Christian both on and off the island.

Well in this week's podcast we cover all of these items in our episode recap and you will hear why my podcast partner The Spoiler Hunter hated it and why I think this episode is getting a bad rap. As always we do have our weekly spoiler round up and preview of the upcoming episode.

Plus, this week we have a Super-Sized version of the podcast, because we had a special guest join us. Who is this person you ask!? Well she is a good friend and another well known LOST blogger from MySpace and her name is Karen!! Many of you LOST fans on MySpace might know Karen really well from her weekly episode notes/recaps and read her blogs weekly. For those of you that do not know Karen, her weekly episode recap is basically a list of things she has noticed and she links all these items back to previous episodes. Nothing gets by Karen and we had a great time having her on the podcast this week to discuss Something Nice Back Home.

You can visit Karen's Blog Here: Karen's LOST Blog @ Myspace

So this week there are 3 clips, the first part is the episode 4x10 recap, part 2 is our discussion with Karen and part 3 is our spoilers section with a preview of episode 4x11.

Plus, don't forget the podcast is NOW available at iTunes where you can subscribe directly at the The ODI LOSTcast store.

Here you go and hope you enjoy it.

Hey Losties,
This past week's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 10 (Something Nice Back Home) featured a creepy scene with Christian Shepard (John Terry) appearing to Claire (Emilie De Ravin) while holding Aaron and then ended with a dramatic scene with Sawyer (Josh Holloway) finding baby Aaron all by himself.

Well typically promotional pictures for episodes are released 2-3 weeks in advance and we usually post them in the spoilers section of the site, but it seems like ABC had some additional ones that they just released after this episode aired and it makes sense why they released them now. They are images from the scenes I discussed above.

Well here is a direct link to the previous promotional pictures for Episode 4x10 and the newly released images. Notice the one with Claire standing next to CS while he is holding Aaron. Looks like a potential deleted scene..!?

Thanks to my good friend Karen another LOST blogger over at MySpace for pointing out a possible connection to Christian Shepard and the mysterious painting behind Jack and Kate during the Flash forward (LOST Episode 4x10).

So I decided to make the following screencap.

Hey All,
Well I know some fans out there were not liking the Jack and Kate flash forward scenes and felt they put a damper on the episode. Well I disagree, because this was in my opinion another solid episode of LOST.

Well here are a few recap videos for this past week's episode. One focuses on the on-island events, one on the off-island events and the third clip is the end of the episode.

Thanks to Sawyer840 for the clips

Last night's episode of LOST (Something Nice Back Home) could not gain ground on last week's great episode and actually saw a drop in ratings this week, with it's lowest ratings for any new episode of LOST.

Although the ratings dropped, please keep in mind these numbers are with out DVR/Online viewers and ratings across the board for all TV shows has dropped significantly. The dip in ratings was something expected by networks and industry insiders because of the strike. The hope is that fans return next season when shows have a full slate of episodes.

Thanks to Unai for the heads up and details here:

Last night "Something Nice Back Home" averaged 11.14 million viewers, the lowest number of LIVE viewers for any episode of Lost ever.

I know this sounds awful, but the fact is that a lot of TV shows had low ratings, like Grey's Anatomy, Survivor or The Office.

Also remember that Lost is the most recorded and downloaded TV show right now.

Here is probably an interesting little easter egg from tonight's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 10 (Something Nice Back Home).

When Jack is reading Aaron a bedtime story in the future you can see what looks like a Dharma Logo shape on Aaron's headboard, which is actually the base of his baby mobile.

You can click the screencap to enlarge it.

Here are screencaps of Jack in the flash forward of tonight's episode of LOST (4x10) Apparently a big continuity error or possibly something entirely different is going on!?

Few screencaps without the scar and one with the scar:

Here is the newspaper Jack was reading in tonight's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 10

The key to this screencap is that it places a date on the flash forward. This is a real article about the Yankees beating the Red Sox and the date of the article is August 31st 2007.

Here are the screencaps of Christian Shepard in tonight's episode of LOST. Shepard appeared on and off island to both his kids Jack and Claire. Notice the white tennis shoes again!!

Thanks to The Spoiler Hunter for original screencaps

Sooo you just watched tonight's episode of LOST Season 4 Episode 10 a Jack (Matthew Fox) centric flash forward episode.

My initial reaction:

OMG!!! Christian Shepard!! Shepard's appearances were truly the highlights of the episode for me!! Will "Clllaaairrree become the new Waaaalllllltt!!!!" ??

Well all I can say is that it was another solid episode featuring several moments for all of the shippers (romance lovers) out there and at the same still provided the rest of the fans with ome movement in the overall story.

We also got a confirmation that Karl and Danielle are dead with Miles hearing the death moment!?. So are the whispers the dead!?

Well what did you think of the episode...!? Voice your opinion here:
