ODI LOST Podcast 74 - We Have to Go Back - Pilot Episode: Jack
Hey Everyone!Hope you are all doing great?? So as promised we are back to do more LOST podcasts!
The whole team is back including myself, Vozzek aka Danny and of course fan favorite and Queen of LOST and rock star Karen!
So when we started chatting about what we should do for our new podcasts we threw several ideas around but one of the central themes was to look back at some of the earlier mysteries, subjects, episodes and more based on what we all now know or think we know. ;)
So we felt that we should start all the way back at Season 1 with the Pilot episode and then work our way through the seasons focusing on several topics, characters and mysteries. Not really going episode to episode in a traditional rewatch, but to tackle the major points. So it will vary with each podcast until we find some sort of set formula. Of course if you guys have thoughts, questions, ideas or topics you want us to cover we are an open book and this is your opportunity to hear our thoughts.
These new podcasts might not be as long as our traditional recap podcasts, but we are still having a bunch of fun and talking about crazy ideas. Also, we will do our best to keep it real and relate it to how the show ended.
So enough of my thoughts, we all are really excited to be doing this again and we look forward to trying to give you all some podcasts on a regular basis. I doubt it will be weekly, but maybe every couple of weeks or so. Make sure you let all of your Lostie friends know we are back and that they should subscribe again if they unsubscribed.

LOST Series Finale - Final Scenes - Jack Dies

I understand if some fans are disappointed with not getting some answers to questions they had, but this end was handled really well from acting to music to editing and I thought it was fitting.

LOST Series Finale - Christian Helps Jack Let Go
Here is a clip of one of the finale scenes in the LOST Series finale. It is probably one of the most important clips in the whole show, especially if you want to understand what the ALT Flash Purgatory world is all about.
The "Sixth Sense" type reveal for ALT dead Jack was very touching and emotional. However, many fans missed Christian tell Jack that they all died at "different" times.

Hey All,I know we are only hours away from the next episode of LOST, but last week's episode had several action packed emotional and intense scenes! The flash sideways moments were also very important and we discuss each one to provide you our thoughts.
The MiB almost pulled off the long con killing all of the candidates, but Sayid's sacrifice helped a few of them survive and is there still any possibility or reason why he is killing our Losties and it is ok?

Real Odds for What Will Happen on LOST??
Yup it is true! Seems like an online betting site has put up some odds on what will happen in LOST and you can actually bet on the odds.
The main article talks about whether the Man in Black will escape the island and has pretty good odds at 4/7. So for every $7 you bet you can win $4. Not that good of a return if you ask me. However there are a few other fun bets like "Will Richard Kill the MiB?" and "Who Will Kate End Up With?"
So both mythology fans and shippers can join in on the fun.

The MIB has killed off several characters throughout the years. The Man in Black's most notorious ability is that of manifesting himself as a giant dark cloud, often described as looking like smoke. The Monster appears immune to conventional weaponry, but was repelled on one occasion by dynamite. The Man In Black has several weaknesses, ranging from water and ash circles to Banyan trees.
The MIB became "trapped" on the Island at some point. Since that time, he constantly tried to escape and "go home". The Man in Black believes keeping him on the Island is pointless because darkness is common to all humanity. The island constantly seems to prove The Monster wrong by presenting people that know the difference between right and wrong.

ODI LOSTcast 53 - 6x05 Lighthouse Recap
Hey All,So this past week we had some delays in getting our podcast recorded for Episode 6x05 Lighthouse but we were able to record on Monday and once I finished editing it on Tuesday I was able to get it posted on iTunes. However, there were some glitches on blogger and with the new episode last night I decided not to post it avoid it from getting lost in all of the fun and excitement for Episode 6x06 Sundown.
I am sure most of you want to hear our thoughts on Killer Uncle Sayid, but Lighthouse is a very important episode where we covered many of the details from Jack's Flash Sideways with his son David to Jack and Hurley's Adventures to the Magic Lighthouse.
Based on the downloads via iTunes I know many of you have already listened but for those of you that did not check this podcast out below is the audio player and a download link.
