Screencaps
UPDATE: Looks like I need to double check my screencaps. Apparently it is flashing "Arrived" after all. :)
Sooo with all the crazy reveals of this past week's episode 6x11 Happily Ever After. Did you all notice yet another Lostie staring at their reflection??
Well that was not to hard to miss right, but what about the fact that Flight 815 is not being shown as arrived on the Oceanic Airlines arrival board? Not on-time, not late, nothing! Just blank.
So what does this all mean?
Well some speculate that the flash sideways do not even exist, some even say this is all just happening in their head and perhaps this is just another clue to such theories??
I am sure the naysayers will say it is just another continuity error or that the board was just not updated yet.
Well I don't buy it. There is NO way that the props team or writers would miss something like this.
Below is a screencap to take a look at, so what do you all think?

Oceanic Airlines Flight Found on Kayak!?
Here is a cool little LOST reference to Oceanic Airlines found on the travel website Kayak.com
Thanks to Jennifer and The_Other_Other for the heads up.
If you search the popular travel bargin site Kayak.com for a one-way non-stop ticket from Sydney to LAX on September 22nd, 2010 and you’ll get an Oceanic Airlines flight as a result.
For those of you who don’t follow the television show Lost, Oceanic Airlines is the fictional airline which crashed Oceanic Flight 815 on a mysterious island. The flight was traveling from Sydney to Los Angeles, which under mysterious circumstances, on September 22, 2004, the airliner, carrying 324 passengers, deviated from its original course and disappeared over the Pacific Ocean.
Of course, the whole thing is just a fun easter egg for Lost fans. When you try to purchase the flight, it redirects you to the Lostpedia article on Oceanic Flight 815.

LOST Inspired Nike Shoes!
Hey All,
Apparently there are a couple of Nike Show designers that base their shoe designs on pop culture and shows.
Well two of them have released LOST inspired designs and apparently they have already sold out.
The first design is based on the Oceanic Airlines colors and sports maps on the inside soles. The second design is based on the Dharma Initiative with the Dharma Jumpsuit tan colors and the word "SHOE" imprinted on the shoes.
Here are links to the sites and a couple of images:

Two New References to LOST - Colbert Report and CNN
Hey All,
Below are a few screencaps of reference to LOST. First, on the Colbert Report the numbers were used during one of his jokes.
The other screencaps are a reference to Oceanic 815 on the iPhone. Actually Apple referenced O815 a few months ago when announcing the new Copy/Paste function, but on CNN.com today a new article speculating if there will be a new iPhone released there is another screencap.
Check them out below.
Thanks to Adam for the heads up.

ODI LOST Podcast 3 -- 4x02 Recap and 4x03 Preview

Hey Losties,
How are you all doing this week!?
Before I continue, I have received a few messages this week about how you can keep up to date or get alerted when a new Podcast is posted. Well the easiest thing you can do is subscribe to the blog by either entering your email in the form in the sidebar or by clicking on the subscribe button located in the sidebar as well. You can then set up alerts accordingly. Also, I am working on getting the Podcast on iTunes and we will keep you all posted.
Well during last week's episode of LOST we were introduced to the Freighter People via a multi-centric Flashback episode. The episode had several elements and plenty of new information from the beginning to the end of the episode including the reveal that the wreckage of Flight 815 supposedly was found off-island to Ben's claim of having a "man on their boat."
We discuss all the details of the episode and also provide you with a preview Episode 4x03 that airs this week with some spoilers. Once again this podcast is a little longer than I expected it was going to be, but there was just TOO much information to cover again.
There are 7 clips that are all about 9 minutes each and they are in new flash player. We hope you like the new player and if any of you are having trouble with the new player, please let us know. Also, there are download links below the player for those of you that want to download the individual clips and put them on your iPod or MP3 player.
NOTE: The spoilers are in clip 7 and we give plenty of warning.

Hey All,
As you are all watching Season 4 Episode 2 (Confirmed Dead) of LOST, some of you noticed that during the report of the Flight 815 wreckage being found, that the pilot played by Greg Grunberg, was among the dead that was shown in the report.
Here is the screencap of that scene.
Is this the real pilot or a cover up or even some thing completely different going on!!??

Oceanic Airlines Van Spotted

Some LOST fans spotted an Oceanic Airlines van promoting the Find815 game and were able to grab some nice shots of it driving around town. I believe this van was spotted here in LA.
These were found posted on the ABC Inside the Experience blog.

Oceanic Air Flight Attendant MySpace Profile is Fan-Made

Hey All,We have received several messages about a mysterious MySpace profile that appeared shortly after the Find815 game began, with the majority of the messages asking if the profile was a part of the game. I believe the first person to make the observation was Char over at the LOST on ABC MySpace Forum and ever since then we were trying to figure out if the profile was real or fan-made.
It seemed like a fan-made profile and with the help of Dark's sources we have been able to finally confirm that the Oceanic Airlines Flight Attendant Miri Novikov MySpace profile is NOT a part of the game and is indeed a fan made profile.
However if you still feel like increasing the profile views there, then swing by the profile. ;)

**UPDATED** Sydney Billboard Found
Hey All,
Since there are multiple posts floating around with various images Dark and I felt that it would be good to organize them together in one post.
As many of you have already pointed out it seems like the billboards are located in the Oceanic Airlines' destination cities, which are listed in the ABC Press Release.
So far billboards have been found in 6 of the 9 cities. In addition to the billboards being placed in these particular cities some of them seem to have some potential easter eggs. For example, the sky being "purple" or the time on Big Ben being 8:15.
In addition to the EEs, some of you have brought up the idea that the "vacation" spots listed on the billboards could also have some meaning. Most notably why is Berlin listed as a potential destination in the Tustin, CA billboard?? Could it possibly be linked to this spoiler??
The LA billboard states that "The Adventure Begins Here" with Australia in background, I wonder if there is any meaning to all of this or is it all just viral marketing for the game??
Thanks to everyone that has sent in their images or posted them on here. I have linked all of the cities to their initial posts and provided some basic information for each location. The list is followed by the several screencaps of the billboards.
If you think I have missed anything or find something new please post a comment here or send an email to Dark or me at: mrtheodi@gmail.com.
Los Angeles, CA (Jack, Hurley): The Adventure Begins Here -- Australia
Tustin, CA (Locke): Berlin
Ames, IA (Kate): London -- Big Ben @ 8:15
Miami, FL (Juliet): Berlin
New York, NY (Michael): London
Portland, OR (Ben): Seoul, SK -- Korean Writing a Potential Spoiler as Well
Knoxville, TN (Sawyer): Los Angeles
Seoul, South Korea (Sun/Jin): Found at Taxi Stand
Sydney, Australia (Claire): LA -- Thanks to Sawyers for the heads up and Lost Ninja for finding the billboard

Find815 Clue Hunt 4: Oceanic Hotline Audio

Once you find the 4th clue in the new clue hunt on Find815 you will get the new Oceanic Hotline (888-548-0038) and it has now been updated with a new message. It seems like there was some issues with so many people calling in at one time that the server did not play the new message.
Thanks to Congested for the audio.
Here is the transcript:
"Thank you for calling the Oceanic Airlines flight 815 hotline. Information is updated as the investigation proceeds. Investigations are thorough and, as such, may take a period of time to complete. At this time we do not have any additional information regarding the crash of flight 815. If you are a family member or relative of a passenger on Oceanic flight 815, we are sorry for your loss. Detailed information is given during the daily family briefings. This briefing updates families on the progress of the investigation and allows for questions to be asked of the medical examiner or coroner and other parties connected to the investigation. Please contact your accident coordinator or call back later for more information."Source: Find815
