WARNING: ODI LOSTcast 65 is a Spoilers Podcast with DarkUFO
Hey All,
I know many of you were hoping for the recap podcast, but along the way I recorded a segment with our good friend DarkUFO for the bonus podcast and we started chatting spoilers.
So to avoid any of you that do not want to be spoiled from being spoiled I decided to make this segment a podcast by itself and post it in the spoilers section of the site.
Don't worry though the recap podcast will be out in 1-2 days and the bonus podcast with Erika and the rest of DarkUFO's thoughts will be out early next week.
The spoilers we discuss are MAJOR SPOILERS so only listen to this new podcast if you are ok with spoilers.
You can find it here:

Episode 5x02 The Lie - Ana-Lucia Gives Hurley Advice
So some of you must be wondering why I am posting a clip from Season 5? Well this one seems pretty important if you think about it.
Especially if you are a listener of our podcast, this clip is very important to understand where my podcast partners Danny (Vozzek) and Karen are coming from.
Ghost Ana-Lucia in Oceanic 6 (ALT Timeline?) off-island time visits Hurley while Sayid is sleeping (yes knocked out by drug darts) says "what IF I were real" and that he has a lot of work to do. She ends it with the infamous "Libby says hi."
So whether you listen to the podcast or read their recaps, this clip must mean so much more after watching the events of Season 6. So did Ghost Ana Lucia come from the "other side" ala other characters. What about Charlie as well? Of course this episode is after all title "The Lie".
Is there an outside the island world that the dead or even "alive" are trying to help our LOST Losties find their way and wake up?
Enjoy!

Things You Never Noticed by Vozzek - Read Chapter 2 for Free!
Hey All,
Of course most of you know that our good friend and fellow LOST Podcast partner and blogger Vozzek wrote a book over the last hiatus. Some of you even have probably already read it, but for those of you that have not had a chance to buy or read the book. Since, there is no new LOST today Vozzek has provided us with Chapter 2 so you all can read it for free!
This chapter is about reality and transitional unconsciousness - two subjects that turned out to be pretty big in season six.
If you are interested in buying the book you can buy it on his site or Amazon, here are the links:

LOST Season 1 Deleted Scene Appears in Fringe ALT World
So for those of you that have been watching Fringe know that it is all about the ALT world and traveling between the two worlds.
So in last night's Fringe Episode, there was a moment that the two worlds crossed causing a electronic/static disturbance in the TV Broadcasting.
So the Fringe team is watching the broadcast as a part of their investigation and you see the screen flicker and flashes of the ALT world broadcast appear. Of course fans have screencapped those moments and well guess what? We get a quick look at the LOST deleted scene from Season 1 with Claire and the Pilot Seth at the airport before flight 815.
Not sure what it means, but just a nice nod to LOST and apparently that Flight 815 and Oceanic Airlines exists in the Fringe ALT World.
Thanks to our good friends at Fringe Television for the screencaps and you can see the actual LOST deleted scene below:

WARNING: LOST MAJOR Spoilers Now Online - Leaked Call Sheet Found
So apparently earlier today, a leaked call sheet for the LOST Season 6 Finale was "found" in a Honolulu restaurant. This is a call sheet for tomorrow's filming and is one of the final scenes to be filmed.
At this point all we can say is some of the information seems legit while other parts are not accurate at all.
So just wanted to give you all a fair warning not to read the call sheet unless you want to be potentially spoiled for the finale.
We will not be posting the call sheet.

LOST Pilot Episode to Air Day Before Series Finale
Just when you thought 5 hours were too many for the finale event on Sunday, ABC has confirmed we will get TWO more hours of LOST, but the night before the finale on Saturday May 22nd at 8PM.
ABC is planning a "Lost" weekend: The network has just scheduled a repeat showing of the show's two-hour 2004 pilot for the night before its finale.
The J.J. Abrams-directed, $10 million-plus spectacular will air Saturday, May 22, from 8-10 p.m., ABC told affiliates today. The two-hour finale will air the following evening from 9-11 p.m.
This brings the total number of "Lost" hours ABC is planning for the week of May 17 to 10. There's the penultimate episode of May 18; the pilot encore on May 22; a two-hour pre-show/recap on May 23; the finale itself; and "Jimmy Kimmel: After the Final Rose" (also on May 23).
The last time ABC aired the "Lost" pilot, by the way, was back in February 2006. It also got repeated in 2004 and 2005.

Episode 6x11-6x12 -- Suddenly Everything Has Changed (Happily Ever After / Everybody Loves Hugo) - By Anna
Dear Readers: In the interest playing catch up, I have combined my take on “Happily Ever After” and “Everybody Loves Hugo” together into this single article. Thanks so much for everyone who has been asking about the recaps. I hope once you read this you will find it worth your time as well as the wait. By the way, since it’s a double-episode article, it’s a LONG one, so grab a glass of your favorite Dharma beverage, hunker down, and enjoy!
INTRO: The Gold in the Mountain of Our Madness
In what would now appear to have overtaken “Ab Aeterno” as the best episode of season 6 thus far, , “Happily Ever After”, took a heady turn as the story of Desmond Hume was finally continued. It’s been a long wait, as the last we saw of poor Desmond, he was in the hospital after having been shot by Ben back in the season 5 episode, “The Variable”.
“Happily Ever After” was written by Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, and they really outdid themselves with this one. In a season that has been heavily tinged with the concept of faith and rife with religious references, science-fiction fans finally got their payoff with what can be seen as a companion piece to both “Flashes Before Your Eyes” and “The Constant”.
There was very little time spent on the Island in this installment, as once again Desmond’s special consciousness-jumping abilities were at play here, and just as in the past episodes mentioned, we had a bit of flashing to and fro happening for most of the hour. It really felt like an episode from one of the earlier seasons of LOST as well; there was no Jacob and no Man in Black to worry about. However, the shocks came fast and emotions ran high as at last so many of our questions in regards to Timeline-X and its relationship to the Regular Time-line were given a new depth and an interesting hint of clarification.

ODI LOSTcast 64 - Episode 6x12 Everybody Loves Hugo Recap
So with only 4 episodes left until the series finale we began getting some big reveals with this past week's episode 6x12 Everybody Loves Hugo.As always, in this podcast we discuss every key moment and of course provide you with our thoughts about both Michael and Libby returning, Michael bringing the whispers along with an "answer" to what they are, Desmond and Locke exchanging shocking moments with one another, Ilana going Azrt and much more!
No special guests or bonus podcast this week, so this week's podcast is a slightly extended podcast. It is extended as we take some time to chat about the whispers and I rant about why I did not like the way the whispers were answered.
Hope you all enjoy!

Episode 6x12 - ODI LOSTometer Episode Grade Chart
Happy LOST Day all!
So another week has come and gone as we inch closer to the end of LOST. This past week's Hurley centric Episode 6x12 Everybody Loves Hugo was well received by most fans and the same goes with the graders this week.
The episode contained several shocking moments and a big reveal as we learned finally about the whisper(er)s. I was just ok with the answer, but was not too happy how it was revealed. It almost felt like to me that it was just thrown in there and it did not get enough screen time. It is one of the main reasons why I did not give this episode an A-, but the "+" was for all the Desmond scenes.
Well many graders loved the episode and the over all average grade ended up as an A-.
What did you all think??

Hey All,Earlier today I had a chance to speak with LOST Actor Henry Ian Cusick who plays the fan favorite Desmond Hume.
It was a fun little interview and he was really candid with his replies. We chatted about the Desmond and Penny relationship, filming some scenes such as the call in The Constant and the Underwater scene in Happily Ever After. I also asked him some questions about last week's episode and what we should expect from Desmond.
For those of you that do not like spoilers, I did ask him how much we will see Desmond and he did give an answer. We also talk about if he was satisfied with how Desmond ends the season and he talks about there being a secret scene in the finale that no one knows about yet, but will be filmed soon.
So if you consider those type of things as spoilers just wanted to give you a little warning.
The interview was posted to iTunes earlier today, but here is the audio player and download link for those that can not access iTunes.
Thanks to all of you that submitted questions and I hope you all enjoy!

Mini Transcript Thanks to Gokhan:
- He signed for three episodes 4 years ago, like Michael Emerson did; now Cusick is still on the show and he is glad to be. He thought to be on the show so much that he finally made it happen.
- He will be in Hawaii, staying there for a long time, not because of the show but because that he has other works to do in there.
- He agrees on the idea that Desmond centric episodes are always rated high and writers like to write great episodes for Desmond.
- The scene from "The Constant"; Penny and Desmond on the phone: Separate shots were made and Desmond's phone scene was shot at the end of the day, Cusick mentions how quick it was made.
- Question "Does the fs Desmond think or know the things that on-island Desmond does/knows?" Answer: "Desmond was pushed into the fs with electromagnetic (thing) and he very much aware of what happens on the island and in fs and the thing is that fs is not right. He is on a mission now, not in the fs but on the island."
- Question "Does what Desmond thinks on the island affects fs Desmond?" Answer: "It's not a moment to moment realization, but he knows what happens on the island while he is in fs."
- Question "Is Desmond's mission in fs is to find all 815ers with the manifest (flight list) and remind them about the island life?" Answer: "Yeah it is. It (might not) be specifically to show them their island life, but he felt something and he has to show them something in fs to fix the wrongness of fs. He does what he thinks is right. You'll find that out."
- ODI asks about the underwater car scene in "HEA"; Cusick says it was scary for the first time. They did the underwater scenes in a tank.
- Question: Was it a satisfying moment for Cusick as it was for fans while watching as Desmond attacked on Charles in 6x11? Answer: It was a hard scene. Desmond had that rage for a long time and it was the expression of it.
SPOILER--SPOILER--SPOILER
- Question: Will we see more of Desmond this season? Answer: Not as a single episode dedicated/central for Desmond, because there are other characters also and we will watch all of them (I think this means yes we will see him but not ONLY him)
- A mentioning to Desmond's vision about Claire taken by a helicopter from the island. Cusick says that was a line and in season 4 finale he thought Claire would be on the helicopter too, but this is for now just a line. He doesn't know if it is true or not or will happen or not.
- Desmond said he will read "Our Mutual Friend" before he dies. The question is will Desmond ever read the book? Cusick says Desmond should have read the book already, but he himself haven't yet.
- What would Cusick bring to the island if he were to be stucked on there? Matches (?), his wife, a sailboat. He takes sailboat back and says a musical instrument.
- As the end of the show is near, is Cusick satisfied with the end that his character gets? Answer: It doesn't relate to the question but every actor has its own script, like eleven or twelve actors have their own. They have a 10 act script, but not 11th (I think series finale is about 11 acts, scripts are generally divided to acts). So nobody knows what happens in the final act, which they will be filming soon. So far it's been great. But even with the 11th act, there's a missing final scene that nobody knows and they will need to figure everything out with that missing scene. They joke about all 6 seasons coming onto only one scene. :D

Hey All,This week we are back with another bonus podcast with EW's Jeff Jensen aka Doc Jensen. The last time when Jeff joined us a few weeks ago, many of you loved the podcast so much that we asked him to come back and he did. This time both Karen and Danny (Vozzek) were a part of the podcast and it made for some good theorizing.
We mainly talked to Jeff about his thoughts on the reveals from this past week's LOST Episode 6x11 Happily Ever After. We also talked more about what Keamy said to Jin in the fridge last week and how we think the rest of the season might play out.
So hope you all enjoy it!
NOTE: We will still have the weekly recap podcast out soon.
You can find this podcast at iTunes or via the audio player or download link below.

Episode 6x11 - ODI LOSTometer Episode Grade Chart
Hey All,
This past week's episode was amazing and as always Henry Ian Cusick did a great job portraying Desmond. Desmond episodes seem to stand above the other episodes and this week was no different.
The writers did a great job once again with Desmond time traveling/flashing through time and worlds and Charlie's return and underwater scene were fantastic. The fact that ALT Desmond finally has Widmore's approval but not Penny's love was an interesting twist but as always Desmond and Penny's love can not be stopped no matter how much Hawking and Widmore want to keep them apart.
There was so much in this episode including Faraday and Minkowski's cameos that were right on the dot with ALT musician Faraday telling a story of love at first sight causing him to remember that he was a nuclear bomb blowing scientist in the Island timeline and Minkowski the driver providing Desmond with what ever he desires.
The graders once again were fairly unanimous with their grades and the episode had a final average grade of an "A". Several gave the episode an A+, but there were too many As that lead to the average overall grade.
Quote of the Week via Erin at LOST Blog: "I COMPLETELY loved this, it was exactly what I always hope for in a LOST episode – some answers, some tying together, some more questions, sideways time and island time, long lost characters, some great sciency things, plus some faith. LOVE IT!"
Once again thanks to all that are participating and don't forget to check out their sites and recaps at the following links:

LOST Wrap Party Event Tent Pics
Thanks to our good friend Ryan in Hawaii for sending over the first pics of the tent that will be used for the LOST Wrap Party event.
As you can see the location is stunning. It is definitely sad to see that the wrap party is right around the corner. If we are able to get pics of the actual event we will post those pics as well!
You can see more pics here: Ryan's Flickr
